Farming since 1997

Cape Winelands Agronomy operates as a single farming system developed over time. It combines olive
cultivation, on-site oil production and controlled mushroom growing under one approach.

The focus remains the same: understand the conditions, manage the variables, and produce outcomes that are consistent, repeatable, and done properly each time.

In 2001, the first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil was produced on the farm. Pressed from olives grown on
Dal Rivier, this established a process built on control and consistency. That same oil later became the base of Rain Natural Skincare, where it remains central to every formulation.
