extra virgin olive oil

Our extra virgin olive oil is produced on Dal Rivier Farm in the Cape Winelands, where olives have been cultivated since 1997 and oil has been pressed on site since 2001. The process is fully integrated, using only olives grown on the farm. Cold-pressed through mechanical extraction, the oil is produced from four cultivars: Mission, Coratina, Frantoio and Leccino. Each contributes to the structure and balance of the final oil. The same oil is used in Rain Natural Skincare. What is grown and pressed on the farm carries through directly into the final product.
